Our Story

dotbox is recognized for our custom-branded, personalized and socially-connected digital interfaces, campaigns and sites, rendered in 360°. Widely admired for our top-notch creative and technological innovation, our clients include some of the world’s most respected brands and retailers. We’re excited to partner with brands big and small to make shopping super fun and engaging—and more convenient than most even imagined possible just a few years ago.
Our client wishlists have inspired us to seek out new possibilities in integrated technology—and, now after years of R&D and beta testing, we’re here… Our pioneering 4CsX technology platform, evolved directly from our practical experience in the marketplace, incorporates all our learnings about what can be done and what works with real consumers. And, in agility, flexibility and simplicity, it is second to none. Use 4CsX as one command station to control your entire digital footprint for a smoothly coordinated and uniformly branded user experience across all your 360° customer touch points. Ultimately, we can take you as far as you want to go. Or, we can hold your hand as you use our simple APIs, one component module at a time.
People are no longer just navigating the web—we’re now using digital devices to help navigate our lives—to check in with our friends, to get their opinions and to make informed and inspired decisions about what we buy. For those retail businesses and others ready to grow with this revolution in consumer behavior, there is a huge new potential to be harvested. This much we know: socially-connected digital tools, applications and overlays on the web, on-mobile, and in-store make it all infinitely more engaging—and ultimately lead to increased sales.
dotbox understands consumers. We also understand business. Our executive team has helped to build some of the world’s biggest retail and ecommerce brands and the most far-sighted technologies. At the forefront of pioneering the enormous potential of Social Media for growing business since 2008, we are seasoned practitioners of advanced, best-practice strategies and tactics that work to achieve your bottom-line objectives.
